Job Title: Business Development Associate – Gurgaon

Own vehicle Mandatory for boys to go on projects site visits on client approach and Only Sat/sundays. Otherwise its work from office only. For girls its totally in office.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound client calls, site visits, and follow-ups

Pitch residential/commercial properties to potential buyers

Manage and convert leads into confirmed bookings

Provide post-sale service and documentation coordination

Good communication and negotiation skills
