Role Overview:
As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo a structured training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in sales. You will learn about our products, services, and sales processes while contributing to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in assigned territories.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Support the preparation and presentation of proposals and sales pitches.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

• Learn and utilize CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other development activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for sales and building relationships.
