Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:                    

·         To generate orders

·         Identify Customers in IHB Segment

·         Meet individual house owners , related contractors, architects, consultants connected to building segment

·         Knowhow benefits of RMC v/s site mix concrete

·         Prepare and provide quotation

·         Win orders for IHB, with advance payment terms (If applicable)

·         Achieve low credit period and timely collections

·         Collect advance payment

·         Oversee the customers sites during supply of concrete

·         Gather market information of other segments and pass on to sales head

·         Collect customer / competitor information

·         Prepare report in prescribed format

·         Provide technical information to customers
