Sales Executive - JD

 

 

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. The ideal candidate will have a background from a convent school, ensuring strong foundational education and a professional demeanor. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Achieve sales targets and objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis.

·         Develop and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.

·         Present products and services to potential clients through various communication channels (in-person, phone, email, etc.).

·         Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

·         Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

·         Prepare and deliver sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

·         Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitive offerings.

 

Requirements:

·         Education: Must have completed schooling from a convent school.

·         Languages: Fluency in both English and Hindi is a must, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

·         Experience: Prior experience in sales (1-3 years preferred) is a plus.

·         Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

·         Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

·         A professional, positive attitude and a passion for achieving results.
