Key Responsibilities:

5. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting progress to management.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-6 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

2. Licensing: Possess a valid real estate license (or eligible to obtain one).

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate deals and close transactions.

5. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.

6. Technology: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
