3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s jewelry collections, including details about
gemstones, precious metals, designs, and trends.
4. Showcase products effectively, including visual displays and providing detailed information
about the pieces.
Ensure the proper handling and care of jewelry, ensuring that items are in excellent condition for
5. customers to view and try on.
6. Help with store displays to ensure that jewelry is presented attractively and aligns with the
Brand’s image.
7. Ensure the store is neat, clean, and organized with products arranged in a visually appealing
manner.
8. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
9. Track sales performance, identify trends, and report sales data regularly to management.
10. Process customer transactions efficiently, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and
financing options where applicable.
11. Ensure accuracy in billing, including applying any discounts, promotions, or special offers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up
communications.
12. Use CRM tools to keep track of customer preferences and maintain a database of repeat clients.
13. Assist customers in selecting jewelry, answering queries about products, materials, and design
features.
