Job Title: Sales Executive – Inside Sales (Aluminium Industry)

Job Summary:
Padmawati Aluminium is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in aluminium products—especially rods, sections, or related manufacturing. The ideal candidate will handle client communication, generate leads, and manage day-to-day sales activities from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to product inquiries.
Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.
Understand and explain aluminium product specifications and pricing.
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order execution.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Keep records updated in CRM and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Required Skills:
Prior experience in aluminium sales (preferably rods, profiles, or industrial aluminium products).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of aluminium grades, product dimensions, and usage.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Sales-oriented and target-focused attitude.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Business, or Technical preferred).
Additional training in industrial sales is a plus.
Salary: As per industry standards + Sales Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
