1. Sales Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online channels, cold calling, and networking.
Client Acquisition: Convert leads into clients by pitching digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.).
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Proposal & Quotation: Prepare and present customized digital marketing proposals based on client needs.
Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to close deals.
2. Digital Marketing Knowledge & Strategy
Service Knowledge: Have in-depth understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Content Marketing, etc.).
Campaign Planning: Coordinate with the marketing team to develop campaigns tailored to client objectives.
Trends & Insights: Stay updated with current digital marketing trends to provide strategic input to clients.
3. Client Relationship Management
Client Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding and communicate project requirements to internal teams.
Support & Consultation: Act as a liaison between clients and the marketing team, ensuring client satisfaction.
Reporting: Provide clients with performance reports and analytics insights regularly.
4. Collaboration & Internal Communication
Team Coordination: Work closely with digital marketers, content writers, designers, and project managers.
5. Administrative Tasks
Market Research: Research competitors, industry trends, and potential new markets.
