Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery items based on
their preferences and budget.
Present and explain product features, materials, and pricing to customers.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the jewellery collections, new arrivals, offers,
and promotions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.
Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
Ensure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and properly arranged.
Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service and follow-
ups.
Assist in stock management.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service abilities.
Basic knowledge of gold & diamond jewellery (training will be provided if
needed).
Professional grooming and presentation.
