Sales Executive

●​ Full time Based in Chennai

●​ Male candidates with a bike and valid driver’s license are preferred for this role

●​ Salary : Salary + 4k petrol allowance + incentives based on performance per month

(based on experience)

In this role you will

●​ Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to

avail Oro’s gold loan products.

●​ Be responsible for lead generation

●​ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer

needs

●​ Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos for customers

and clarify any doubts they may have

●​ Convince prospective clients through reassurance

●​ Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional

service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.

What we're looking for in a candidate

●​ Languages - Tamil and English are a must.

●​ Good communication, presentation and retention skills

●​ A knack for establishing rapport with customers

●​ Dynamic, persuasive, self-initiator and result-oriented

●​ Must have a bike to travel

●​ Must have a valid driver’s licence

Qualifications

●​ All students are welcome - Hiring Freshers for this role. Candidates must possess

an undergraduate degree.
