The responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Responding to all incoming leads received through phone calls, email inquiries, and social media platforms.
2. Recording and maintaining accurate lead and customer information in the CRM or Excel.
3. Ensuring all leads are responded to within 24 hours (all same-day leads must be contacted by end of day).
4. Explaining banquet services, amenities, and pricing to potential clients over the phone.
5. Following up with prospective clients as required to maintain engagement and conversion interest.
6. Converting inquiries into scheduled banquet visits.
7. Conducting site tours for potential clients and explaining venue features and offerings.
8. Presenting relevant proposals, presentations, and service details during visits or virtual meetings.
9. Negotiating and finalizing commercial terms within the approved pricing guidelines.
10. Obtaining special approval from management for pricing exceptions or additional discounts.
11. Updating and maintaining the booking pipeline and lead list.
12. Participating in bi-weekly discussions to review active leads and closure timelines.
1. Coordinating with the accounts team and following up with clients regarding pending payments.
2. Following up with clients to finalize décor, catering, and other required services as per event timelines.
3. Greeting and assisting clients during the event to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
4. Requesting and collecting feedback or reviews after the event for business improvement.
1. Standard working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
o Working hours may extend if a customer arrives late for a site visit.
2. Weekends are considered working days; weekly off will be assigned on a weekday and must remain flexible based on business requirements.
3. No extended leave or multiple holidays will be permitted during peak season (November to June).
