We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in AV integration, IT hardware, networking solutions, and consumer electronics/home appliances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the AV, IT hardware, networking, and home appliance sectors.

• Promote and sell solutions including AV systems, networking devices, IT hardware, and consumer electronics.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electronics, IT, or related field (preferred).

• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales within AV, IT, networking, or consumer electronics sectors.

• Strong understanding of AV integration, IT infrastructure, and networking solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven AV sales experience, including B2B and/or project-based selling.

• Experience in dealing with retail chains, system integrators, or corporate clients.

• Familiarity with smart home systems and IoT-enabled appliances.
