Architect Sales Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants.
• Understand client needs, design preferences, and project requirements.
• Act as the primary contact point for architectural firms and key decision-makers.
2. Sales Development & Target Achievement
• Promote and sell products/services to architects and project influencers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
3. Project & Specification Management
• Ensure products are specified in architectural drawings and project plans.
• Track projects from concept to completion, ensuring company products are considered.
• Coordinate with builders, contractors, and dealers to ensure order conversion.
4. Product Presentation & Training
• Conduct product presentations, workshops, and demonstrations for architects/designers.
• Provide technical support and design solutions tailored to project needs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Provide regular reports on client meetings, project status, and market insights.
• Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
