Project Duration: 6 Months

• 1 Month: Skill Training (Online/Offline)

• 5 Months: On-the-Job Training (OJT) at Retail Outlets

• Job Objective

  To skill and deploy youth for frontline retail sales roles through a structured training and paid on-the-job learning program. The initiative aims to enhance employability by providing behavioral, functional, and retail-specific sales training followed by real-time retail exposure.

  Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers at retail outlets and assist them in product selection.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable consumer electronics and home appliance products.

  • Learn and apply retail selling techniques, product knowledge, and store processes.

  Training Details (1 Month – No Stipend)

  • Behavioural Training: 3–4 days

    • Communication skills

    • Workplace etiquette

    • Customer handling

  • Functional / Product Training: 10–12 days

    • Retail skilling

    • Sales techniques

    • Product knowledge (Consumer electronics & home appliances)

    • Context setting and selling skills

  On-the-Job Training (OJT – 5 Months)

  • Deployment at client retail outlets across India.

  • Hands-on experience in sales operations.

  • Monthly stipend during OJT period.
