Full Time
Sales and Customer Service:
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
2 Merchandising and Store Maintenance:
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Counter
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and restocked as needed.
• Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and displays.
3 Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Retail head
• Assist with stock-taking, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage areas.
4 Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with team members to achieve store sales goals.
