Urgent Hiring – Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales Executive – Tender Alert & Tender Bidding

🔹About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to promote our Tender Alert Subscription and Tender Bidding Services. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with business owners, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, consultants, and service providers, helping them participate in government and private tenders.

🔹Key Responsibilities

•Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, telecalling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, and online platforms.

•Connect with contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, consultants, service providers, and MSMEs across India.

•Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

•Deliver online product demonstrations and explain the value of our offerings.

•Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales.

•Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

•Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships.

•Update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities.

•Coordinate with the operations team for onboarding and successful service delivery.

•Generate repeat business through renewals, cross-selling, and referrals.

🔹Required Skills

•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

•Strong sales and convincing ability.

•Experience in B2B Sales, Subscription Sales, or Service Sales.

Knowledge of Government Tenders, GeM Portal, e-Tendering, or Procurement (Preferred).

•Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).

•Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

🔹Qualification

•Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

•MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

•Candidates with experience in Tender Services, GeM, IT Sales, or B2B Sales will be given preference.
