Job Description: Sales Executive – Hyderabad

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Nivara – Lab Grown Diamonds Hyderabad to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, handling transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, product features, and after-sales services.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts, offers, and promotions.

• Ensure shelves/racks are well-stocked, organized, and handle merchandise returns.

• Process transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new collections, product launches, and company services.

• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and maintaining brand standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th Pass (preferred background in Retail, Sales, or Jewelry industry).

• Experience: 1–3 years in Jewlery retail, luxury goods, or customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Familiarity with basic sales operations, POS systems, and inventory procedures.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
