• Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom.
Explain EV scooter models, features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test rides.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electric scooters.
Generate new sales leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales.
Explain finance options, documentation requirements, and vehicle registration procedures.
Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain showroom presentation and ensure a positive customer experience.
