Sales Executive

Job Description: 

We are hiring a Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales for our Chandanagar location. The right candidate should have good customer-handling skills, basic negotiation experience, and maintain a positive team environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle customer visits and revisits. 

• Assist with price discussions and basic negotiations. 

• Maintain daily work reports and lead updates. 

• Stay informed about competitor projects. 

• Ensure a healthy work culture – no toxic behaviour or personal discussions. 

• Support in follow-ups and lead coordination. 

Requirements: 

• 1 to 3 years of real estate sales experience. 

• Good communication and customer service skills. 

• Willingness to learn and grow within the team. 

• Immediate joiners preferred. 

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
