The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and promoting Patanjali’s range of Ayurvedic, FMCG, and wellness products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic product knowledge, and passion for customer service.
Greet customers and understand their product needs.
Promote and sell Patanjali products effectively.
Provide product knowledge and benefits clearly to customers.
Assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
Arrange products on shelves as per display standards.
Manage stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Handle billing, cash, and POS operations accurately.
Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory records.
Ensure products are not expired and manage FIFO (First In, First Out).
Maintain Patanjali’s brand image and follow store guidelines.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in retail sales (FMCG/Ayurvedic products preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and basic English.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic/organic products (training will be provided).
Ability to work in shifts.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25000 per month (depending on experience).
