We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team handling life, health, and general insurance sales. The role involves direct customer interaction to promote and sell insurance policies (new or renewal), ensuring exceptional customer experience while meeting sales targets.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about various insurance products (life, health, and general).
Explain policy features, renewal benefits, premium structure, and claim process clearly and convincingly.
Make outbound sales calls and follow-ups to close leads and convert prospects.
Guide customers through application/renewal processes and ensure smooth documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and sales data.
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide after-sales support and resolve any policy-related queries.
Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduation preferred.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome.
Experience in insurance, customer service, or tele-sales is preferred.
Languages: Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages like Tamil, Malayalam, or Gujarati are a plus.

Shift Timing: Day rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (9-hour shift)
Weekly Off: Rotational off
Work Days: 6 days/week
Fresher (HSC): Starting from ₹14,500/month (CTC)
With experience: Up to ₹24,000/month (CTC)
