Job Description

Product Specialist – Civil Engineering: NAVAGRUHA INFRA DEVELOPERS . the
Responsible for providing technical support and product knowledge for civil engineering products. Works with sales teams and clients to recommend suitable solutions, support tenders and projects, conduct product presentations, and resolve site-related technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Understand client needs and recommend MIVAN solutions

·         Support sales teams with product demos, proposals, and presentations

·         Collaborate with engineering teams for product development and feedback

·         Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulations

·         Act as a technical interface between clients, consultants, and internal teams.

·         Address client queries, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

·         Train client site teams on MIVAN technology, methodology, and best practices.


Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 2 years and 3years. Strong communication skills, The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. Strong communication skills, Strong knowledge of MIVAN / Aluminium Formwork Systems.

·         Sound understanding of RCC structures, construction sequencing, and site execution

·         Strong communication with technical sales support skills and client facing capabilities.

·         Ability to read and interpret structural and formwork drawings

·         Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

·         Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
