Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated, attentive, and target-oriented Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the two-wheeler vehicle sales industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in sales, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to convert potential customers into successful sales.

The candidate must be proactive, customer-focused, and keen to achieve sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and available offers.

• Actively generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to close sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership growth.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and vehicle delivery teams to ensure smooth transactions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and sales.

• Keep updated on new vehicle launches, competitor offerings, and market trends.

• Ensure customers receive timely assistance throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in two-wheeler vehicle sales.

• Strong interest in sales with a clear focus on achieving targets.

• Attentive, proactive, and quick to understand customer needs.

• Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to follow up consistently and convert leads into sales.

• Customer-friendly attitude with a professional approach.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of sales documentation.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
