Roles and Responsibilities :
Business Development: Identify and onboard new retail clients, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
Order Management: Coordinate between clients and our sourcing team to ensure timely delivery of garments/fabrics.
Product Knowledge: Advise customers on fabric types, trends, bulk order pricing, and customization options.
Market Research: Keep a pulse on the latest trends in the garment industry and competitor pricing.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and collection goals.
Key Requirements :
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Garments, Textile, or Apparel sales is mandatory.
Industry Knowledge: Must understand the local garment market (e.g., fabric quality, stitching basics, trims).
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualification: Graduate
Language: Proficiency in Hindi, bengali is a plus to deal with local vendors.
