Job Description

We are hiring self-motivated individuals for a part-time, work-from-home Client Acquisition role. The primary responsibility is to generate leads and assist clients in Demat account opening, processing, and activation.

This is a performance-based opportunity with attractive incentives and flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads via calls, social media, and personal networks
Explain Demat account benefits and onboard new clients
Assist in account opening, documentation, and activation
Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions
Maintain client relationships for future engagement
Track and report daily work and conversions

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 0–2 years (Sales / Telecalling preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Basic smartphone/laptop with internet access

Compensation (Incentive-Based):

No fixed salary
Earnings based on number of accounts opened and activated
Incentive Slab:
- 10 Demat Accounts = ₹2000
- More accounts = Higher earnings (no upper limit)
