Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will manage and execute sales activities, including planning and coordinating events, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service to enhance the company's reputation.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Event planning and coordination experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of hospitality and F&B industry
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in banquet/event sales is a plu
