Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in the software/IT sector
Present and demonstrate software solutions to potential clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in software/IT sales
Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or IT solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
