We are hiring a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking
• Present and promote products/services clearly and persuasively
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales using CRM tools
• Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in direct sales, B2B/B2C sales, or business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
