We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Platinum Rx Sales Executives to promote and sell pharmaceutical/healthcare-related products through a voice-based sales process. The role requires strong communication skills in English and Hindi along with a sales-oriented mindset.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📞 Make outbound sales calls to potential customers

💊 Promote Platinum Rx products and clearly explain their benefits

🎯 Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

📝 Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures

🤝 Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

🔄 Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversions

🎓 Required Skills & Eligibility

🗣️ Languages: English & Hindi (V4–V5 proficiency required)

🎯 Sales-oriented attitude with strong convincing skills

💻 Basic computer knowledge

🌟 Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

📈 Prior sales/tele-sales experience is an added advantage

💰 Salary & Incentives

💵 CTC: ₹21,500

💰 In-hand: ₹17,500

🎁 Performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000
