Key Responsibilities:

3. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our real estate projects.
4. Deal Closure: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all contractual and legal requirements are met.
5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and revenue of the company.
6. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to stay competitive.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and legal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
