We are a fast-growing company specializing in Kitchen Appliances and Home Solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our sales team and help expand our customer base across India.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
Explain company products and services in a professional manner.
Follow up with existing and new customers to close sales.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Prepare daily call reports and sales updates.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).
Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
Experience: 0–3 years in Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
