We are searching for a Female Banquet Sales Senior Executive to drive revenue by securing and managing banquet, event, and catering bookings. She will responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to meet sales targets. Key duties include planning, coordinating logistics, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Core Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Proactively source, sell, and negotiate banquet spaces for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions), weddings, and corporate events.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, from inquiry through to event completion, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
Event Coordination: Review and create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), outlining client requirements, menus, AV equipment, and scheduling.
Target Achievement: Develop sales strategies and reports to achieve assigned monthly or annual banquet revenue targets.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with kitchen, service, and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in banquet sales, catering, or event management within the hospitality sector.
Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and sales skills, with excellent communication in English.
Software: Proficiency in CRM software and, ideally, hotel management systems (e.g., Opera).
Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple events concurrently, and possess a proactive mindset.
