ob Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound tele-sales for gold loan products.

• Educate and guide customers on loan benefits, eligibility, and process.

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Customer-centric approach with sales orientation.

• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/tele-calling systems.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

• Prior experience in tele-sales or BFSI sector preferred.
