We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell solar module mounting structures to EPC companies, solar installers, developers, and distributors. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, basic technical understanding of solar mounting solutions, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector
Promote and sell solar module mounting systems (rooftop, ground-mounted, and customized structures)
Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, installers, and project developers
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable mounting solutions
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management
Bachelor’s degree
1–3 years of sales experience (experience in solar, construction, or steel structures is an advantage)
Basic understanding of solar PV systems and mounting structures
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience selling solar mounting systems, steel structures, or renewable energy products
Existing network within the solar EPC or renewable energy industry
Technical knowledge of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
