Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.

• Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.

• Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 0-06 Months of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in Hindi & English. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires 12 Pass or a bachelor's degree and availability to work 6 days Mon- Sat during the 10:30 - 07:00 shift.
