Full Time
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Lease Attires. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 18,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer enquiries and sales at the store
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable outfits, jewellery and styling options
- Present and convince customers on products based on their occasion, budget and preferences
- Assist customers with outfit trials, fittings and final selection
- Handle customer communication through calls and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with alteration, styling, dry-cleaning and operations teams for timely service
- Manage bookings, customer details, follow-ups and service updates
- Follow up with customers for trials, pickups, returns and payments
- Maintain a clean, organised and customer-friendly store experience
- Ensure proper product handling and presentation during trials
- Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with seniors for escalations
- Achieve daily/monthly sales and customer-service targets
- Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Should have good communication, convincing and selling skills
Fashion retail/boutique/jewellery experience preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience.
