Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain different types of loans available.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion and appointments.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.

### Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 12th Pass or Graduation in any stream.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or loan sales (Freshers welcome).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of loans and finance products preferred.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
