Job Description

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation activities.

● Reach out to prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

● Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships.

● Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.

● Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.

● Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).

● 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

● Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

● Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
