Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and online customers with product selection

• Explain features, specs, and pricing of laptops and gaming PCs

• Prepare quotations and handle billing and invoicing

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales

• Maintain inventory records and coordinate with the purchase team
