Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and support throughout the property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling.

  • Identify potential buyers and sellers and develop a strong pipeline of prospects.

  • Conduct property showings and open houses.

  • Provide clients with market insights, pricing guidance, and property recommendations.

  • Negotiate offers and finalize deals in line with client expectations and company policies.

  • Maintain and update listings of available properties on CRM and listing platforms.

  • Assist clients with the legal documentation and closing processes.

  • Stay up to date with market trends, zoning laws, and industry best practices.

  • Attend real estate events, expos, and meetings to expand professional network.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
