🎯 Role Objective

The Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying new clients, nurturing relationships, and promoting Lampzone’s range of fancy lighting products across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Client acquisition – Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and market research.

  • Product promotion – Present and demonstrate lighting collections to architects, designers, and end customers.

  • Sales negotiation – Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.

  • Customer relationship management – Maintain long‑term relationships and ensure post‑sales satisfaction.

  • Market analysis – Track competitor activities and identify emerging trends in decorative lighting.

  • Reporting and coordination – Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to meet monthly sales targets.

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in lighting, interior design, or electrical product sales.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

  • Passion for design aesthetics and technical understanding of lighting products.
