Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, the ability to handle client interactions professionally, and must be willing to travel to project sites in Naugaon, Rajasthan. Knowledge of four-wheeler driving is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and follow-ups.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable real estate options.
Organize and conduct property visits and site tours for potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Close deals and assist in the documentation and legal formalities.
Regularly visit and monitor project sites located in Naugaon, Rajasthan.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain client data and activity reports in CRM tools.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Must know four-wheeler driving and hold a valid driving license.
Willing to travel frequently to project sites in Naugaon, Rajasthan.
Good knowledge of real estate markets and local geography.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree.
