Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Following up on leads generated through digital marketing and pre-sales teams to convert them into site visits.
Site Visits: Conducting professional site tours for prospective clients and explaining project features, amenities, and investment benefits.
Sales Conversion: Guiding clients through the booking process and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to registration.
Relationship Building: Maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to generate referrals.
Reporting: Providing regular updates on sales targets and customer feedback to the management team.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
Knowledge: Must have a basic understanding of real estate market trends, documentation, and local geography.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel to project sites frequently (own transport is a plus).
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in the local language and English.
Attitude: Proactive, disciplined, and target-driven.
