Responsible for attending to walk-in customers at the showroom counter, understanding their jewellery requirements, explaining product details, assisting in selection, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This role is service-focused, not target-based.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers warmly at the showroom.
Assist customers in choosing jewellery as per their needs and taste.
Provide accurate product details (design, purity, weight, certification, pricing).
Ensure proper handling and safe showcasing of jewellery items.
Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the counter and showcase.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and after-sales service politely.
Stay updated with jewellery trends, hallmarking, and product knowledge
