Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our cake shop team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cakes, pastries, and other bakery products.

• Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information on ingredients, flavors, and customization options.

• Handle billing and cash/card transactions through POS/ERP system accurately.

• Ensure all display counters are well-arranged, clean, and fully stocked.

• Manage customer orders for birthdays, weddings, and special occasions.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per company SOP.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues promptly.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team for timely order preparation and dispatch.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and upsell products.

• Maintain records of sales and stock in the system.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
