Roles And Responsibilities:
● Develop comprehensive understanding of product, product quality, key features,
benefits, pricing, location, amenities & surrounding market.
● Site Visits: Liaise with Presales team for site visit, showcasing of plots and land
development to prospects. Address queries and concerns raised by the prospect.
● Sale Negotiations: Offer and negotiate prices, terms & conditions to facilitate successful
transactions that benefit both client and company.
● Documentation: Interact with prospects and fill the site visit forms. On booking
confirmation carry necessary documentation.
● Work closely with channel partners and existing customers to generate new leads.
● Support Current Clients: Ensure satisfaction and address issues.
● Work closely with the project development team to understand project specifications
and communicate effectively with customers.
● Market Research: Stay informed about the various developments across the city, real
estate trends, property values and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
● Report. Present regular sales target achievement and performance metrics for periodic
sales review.
● Review and update project related tasks allocated in the KNS Portal.
