Ops Kitchen by Kine Sanctuary Foods is a dedicated range of defence-grade spices, condiments, blended masalas and ready-to-cook Dry Gravies, developed specifically for Defence cookhouses and the operational requirements of the Indian Armed Forces.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Defence Division based in Jaipur to develop our business across Defence establishments in Rajasthan and assigned surrounding territories.

The role will focus on building relationships with Defence units, identifying requirements, conducting product trials, converting opportunities into orders and ensuring strong customer relationships and collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit Army and other Defence establishments across the assigned territory.

• Develop relationships with Quartermasters, Supply Officers, Station/Unit representatives and relevant procurement stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for Ops Kitchen's spices, condiments, masalas and Dry Gravy products.

• Conduct product presentations, sampling and cookhouse trials.

• Generate and follow up on quotations, enquiries and orders.

• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics and Finance for order fulfilment and collections.

• Maintain an active pipeline of Defence accounts and opportunities.

• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback and competitor information.

• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and territory updates.

• Achieve monthly sales, account development and collection targets.

Territory & Travel

Base: Jaipur

The role requires regular travel to Defence stations and establishments across assigned territories, including locations such as Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Kota and other Defence locations in Rajasthan, with additional travel as required.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with Defence/Government/institutional customers is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based sales.

• Understanding of Defence procurement or cantonment structures is an advantage.

• Strong follow-up and reporting skills.

• Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
