Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and confident candidate responsible for handling incoming and generated leads from platforms like IndiaMART, Justdial, and Meta. The role involves initial communication with prospects, understanding their requirements, and forwarding qualified leads to the senior team.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up on leads received from IndiaMART, Justdial, and Meta platforms
Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs
Filter and qualify leads based on requirements
Pass relevant and interested leads to the senior team for further handling
Maintain proper records of calls and lead status
Ensure timely follow-up and coordination

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of handling customer inquiries
Confident in speaking over calls
Ability to understand customer requirements quickly
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools is a plus)

Preferred Candidate:

Fresher or 0–1 year experience in calling/telecalling roles
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
