Sales Executive

Sales (Primary Responsibility)

• Generate new business through cold calling, market visits, and client meetings

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products

• Prepare and share quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals

• Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into business

Back Office & Documentation

• Prepare quotations, agreements, and sales-related documentation

• Update customer data, rate cards, and sales records in the system/Excel

• Coordinate with operations, accounts, and branch teams for smooth order execution

• Maintain sales MIS, pipeline reports, and performance trackers

Customer Coordination

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers

• Ensure timely billing, POD collection, and payment follow-ups

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email

• Willingness to travel for client meetings

• Result-oriented and target-driven mindset

Education

• Graduate (Any stream), MBA Preferred
