Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

To develop and sell customized travel packages, including holiday packages, international trips, flights, visas, and hotel bookings, ensuring exceptional service to clients, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Identify and reach out to potential clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

2. Travel Package Creation: Design and customize travel packages based on client requirements, including flights, accommodation, and activities.

3. Sales and Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and client meetings to showcase travel packages and services.

4. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

6. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to provide relevant recommendations to clients.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

8. Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
